These Terms govern your use of Tweeqd at www.tweeqd.com (the “Service”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

What the Service does

Tweeqd reads a resume PDF you upload, extracts its contents into structured fields, and renders them in a choice of templates that you can edit and export as a PDF.

We restructure your resume; we do not rewrite it. Our extraction is instructed to preserve your original wording. We do not author, embellish, or verify the claims in your resume — that content is yours and remains your responsibility.

Accounts

• You must provide an accurate email address and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• One person, one account. Do not share or resell account access.

Payment

PDF export is unlocked by a one-time payment. The price is shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never receive or store your card details. Unlocking applies to your account and does not expire. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload documents you have no right to use, or that contain another person’s data without their consent.
• Attempt to bypass payment, rate limits, or access controls.
• Automate, scrape, or resell the Service, or use it to build a competing product.
• Upload malware, or content that is unlawful or infringing.

We apply usage limits to keep the Service available and its costs sustainable, and may adjust them.

Your content

You keep all rights to the resume content you upload and create. You grant us only the limited licence needed to operate the Service — storing your data, sending it to our AI provider for extraction, and rendering it back to you. We do not use your resume content to train AI models, and we do not sell it.

Our content

The Service, including its templates, design, and code, belongs to us. Exported PDFs are yours to use for any purpose, including commercially. The templates themselves may not be extracted or redistributed as a template product.

No guarantee of outcomes

We do not guarantee that using Tweeqd will get you interviews, job offers, or a passing score in any applicant tracking system. Our templates are designed to parse cleanly, but ATS behaviour varies by vendor and configuration and is outside our control. Please review every exported PDF before sending it to an employer — AI extraction can misread a document.

Availability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it. We depend on third-party providers and cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost opportunities or lost data.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms. Unused entitlements are not refundable on termination for breach.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts.
